If you want something more active and adventurous, Canada has plenty of both as well. Toronto is the largest city in Canada and has much to offer. These include the Museum of Civilization, science and technology and the Museum National Aviation Museum. Nature lovers will enjoyGatineau Park festival and there are many throughout the year including the Jazz Fest in the summer and winter Winterlude.
Edmonton is home to the Oilers and has its own museums and parks to boast, but if it's shopping you want, you can only Canadian city Edmonton.
