Best places to visit in Canada

Our neighbors to the north are some very nice places to visit, beyond those common to mind when you say "pop Canada. Even for a dyed in the wool fan of hockey, how do I find so much to see and do in this beautiful country you could shake a hockey stick at!

Canada has many festivals, parties, each a different aspect of their culture. First there are the festivals of theater, including some of the best in theatrical entertainment. There are threeFestival of Shakespeare in Stratford, Ontario, (this is a really well done one), Bard on the Beach in Vancouver, British Columbia and Saskatchewan Shakespeare in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Bard English is not your cup of tea? No less than thirteen other festivals, some in English and French, from comedy to drama dark foamy.

If you want something more active and adventurous, Canada has plenty of both as well. There areTours, take a small boat close and personal for humpback whales off the coast of Newfoundland and other tours take you closer to other wild animals as you can see ever thought possible. You can spend part of your holiday Canadian face to face with a polar bear, a moose or a giant walrus face!

Toronto is the largest city in Canada and has much to offer. Of course I had to give up my status as a hockey fan if you do not remember the Hockey Hall of Fame is hereBut believe me, just to make one of the many, many things. World Class Fine Dining is available in the Distillery District, and numerous galleries in the meaning of joy. , Toronto is also home to the Royal Ontario Museum and the famous Toronto Zoo. Oh well, it is also home to the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Montreal is not only the seat of Canadians NHL is filled with some of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world. Includes Mary, Queen of the WorldCathedral, a quarter-scale copy of St. Peter's in Rome. Montreal also has a planetarium, a biosphere reserve and some of the beautiful architecture around the world.

Ottawa, Canada is the fourth largest city and home of the Senators in Ottawa. Its top draw Parliament Hill in Ottawa, but some of the best collection of museums, which could be any city. These include the Museum of Civilization, science and technology and the Museum National Aviation Museum. Nature lovers will enjoyGatineau Park festival and there are many throughout the year including the Jazz Fest in the summer and winter Winterlude.

Edmonton is home to the Oilers and has its own museums and parks to boast, but if it's shopping you want, you can only Canadian city Edmonton. The West Edmonton Mall offers 900 stores and its IMAX theater and theme park, directly including a separate water park for children on site. See? It's not just moose and hockey player is?
